She led efforts in and outside of the United States during her 16-year career at ARINC Incorporated for Airport Systems (Tulsa, OK) and Aviation Solutions (Annapolis, MD). There she received the ARINC Managed Services (AMS) Business Development Excellence Award. Carmelitta’s ability to connect with people has afforded her numerous awards for sales and excellent customer service.
Carmelitta created companies Nailz by Carmelitta, Spirit of Excellence, Make-up by Carmelitta, and the Lita Peas online shop. She is a published singer-songwriter and owns her publishing company CPN Adoracion and Music Co. with BMI Publishing & Licensing Company. Carmelitta graduated from university with degrees in Retail Business Management, AS and Business Management, BS and Pastoral Ministry, Rhema Bible College. Carmelitta received her Ministerial Fellowship Certificate with Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW).
